Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients leave a key or use a key safe. Your cleaner texts when they arrive and when they're done.

Do you bring products and equipment?

Yes — plant-based products and our own kit. If you prefer your own hoover or a specific product, just say.

What if I'm not happy with a clean?

Send a photo within 24 hours and we come back to put it right, free. It happens rarely, and we'd rather know.

Are your cleaners insured?

Every cleaner is reference-checked and covered by our public liability insurance. Ask us for a copy of the certificate.
