Your London Stay,
Beautifully Chosen.

A two-bedroom apartment seven minutes from King's Cross St Pancras. Sleeps four, welcomes eight, and yes — you can properly celebrate here until midnight.

The house difference

Celebrations welcome until midnight.

Most London rentals ban gatherings outright. We don't. Birthdays, engagements, a proper dinner with friends — bring them here. Music and guests are fine until 00:00, when the building goes quiet and the party moves indoors or ends. It's the one rule we ask you to honour, and it's why hosting here works.

Then the speakers go off and voices come indoors. The building is residential and this is how we keep it welcome.

A refined London home, five minutes from the Eurostar.

Hello — I'm Nana. This is the first floor of a restored Georgian terrace on a quiet garden square, and it's the flat I lived in for six years before moving out to Richmond. Tall sash windows, original shutters, a proper kitchen, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, which is rather the point.

Two bedrooms sleep four. The living room is where everyone ends up. You get the whole apartment — no shared space, no host popping in — plus my number for anything you need, from a late check-in to a table at the restaurant round the corner.

The space
First floor of a Georgian terrace: living room with fireplace and dining table for eight, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Sash windows onto the garden square, blackout shutters in both bedrooms.
Guest access
The whole apartment is yours, with a private entrance from the communal hall. Self check-in from 15:00 with a keypad code, or I'll meet you if you prefer. Late arrivals are no trouble.
Working here
A desk by the window with a proper chair, 900 Mbps fibre, and a second monitor in the cupboard if you ask. Good for a week of meetings.
Families
Travel cot, high chair and stair gate on request at no cost. The square has a playground and the pharmacy is two doors down.

Your host

Hosted by Nana since 2019

I look after this one apartment and nothing else, which means I answer my own phone. I'll meet you at the door if you'd like, or send codes if you'd rather let yourself in at 2am after a delayed Eurostar. Either is fine.

If you're celebrating something, tell me when you book. There'll be flowers and a cold bottle waiting, and I'll let the neighbours know to expect a good evening.

Everything about the stay felt effortless. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly located and even better than the photographs.

We had eleven of us for my husband's fortieth and Nana made it easy — glasses ready, a cake in the fridge, and nobody watching the clock until midnight.

Ten days of meetings and I never once thought about the flat. Fast internet, quiet bedroom, King's Cross in seven minutes.

Travelling with a toddler is rarely this calm. The cot was up when we arrived and the square below has a playground.

Gorgeous rooms and a genuinely central address. Only note is the stairs in the hall, though the lift solved it.

I stayed five weeks while relocating. By week two it felt like my own flat, which is the highest praise I can give.
