The ritual

Slow, from the moment you step in.

We don't rush treatments, and we don't rush you. Every visit follows the same four quiet steps.

1

Tea & a quiet word

Butterfly-pea tea and a short chat about pressure, injuries and what you'd like from today.

2

The foot bath

Warm water, lime and sea salt, while the room settles around you.

3

Your treatment

Exactly the length you booked — we never cut into the time to change over the room.

4

Rest

Ginger tea and a cool towel in the lounge for as long as you'd like.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

Do I need to undress for Thai massage?

No. Traditional Thai massage is done in loose cotton clothes we provide. Oil massages are done under towels, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Can I choose the pressure?

Always. Say so at the start, and say so again during the treatment if you'd like it lighter or firmer.

Is it suitable in pregnancy?

We offer a gentle side-lying oil massage from the second trimester. Please tell us when booking so we pair you with the right therapist.

Where can I park?

There is pay-and-display on the surrounding streets and a public car park five minutes' walk away. Baker Street station is two minutes on foot.
