No. Templates, checklists, invitations and wall art are edited in Canva using a free Canva account, right in your browser. Nothing to install.

Yes — that’s the point! Change the wording, names, colours and photos in Canva, then print at home, order from a print shop, or share digitally. Edit as many times as you like.

No — those two are different. The host apps are ready-to-use phone web-apps that you set up with a simple form, and the website designs are ready-to-run websites delivered as self-contained files. Everything else in the shop is Canva-editable.

Guests pick their dates on the calendar, see the price for their stay, and send a booking request. That request — dates, guests, total and their contact details — arrives in your normal email inbox, and you reply personally to confirm and arrange payment your way. Guests don’t pay through the site, and there’s no admin area to manage — your bookings live in your email, where you already work.

No — the calendar shows the dates you’ve set in the site, and a new request doesn’t change it automatically. That’s safe by design: every booking is confirmed personally by your reply, so nothing can double-book. Marking dates as taken is a small edit, covered step by step in the guide included with your download — or leave future dates open and let the request flow do the work.

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (processed securely by Stripe), plus PayPal. Your card details go directly to the payment provider — we never see or store them.

Because digital files can’t be returned, all sales are generally final once downloaded — but if something is wrong with your purchase, contact us and we’ll make it right. See our refund policy for the full details.

Yes — every purchase includes a commercial license at no extra cost. Use them personally or in client projects. The only things you can’t do are resell, redistribute or share the original files.

As many as you like, forever. Your library never expires — if you get a new laptop in three years, just sign in and download again.

Each invitation includes print-ready and digital versions. Personalise the name, date and venue in Canva, then print them or send the digital version straight to guests by WhatsApp, text or email.

Yes — you earn 1 point for every £1 you spend, and 20 points is worth £1 off at checkout. Points build automatically when you buy while signed in.
