License Terms

All digital products sold by NanaKwanDesign are licensed, not sold. By purchasing any product from our shop, you agree to the terms of this license. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Every purchase from NanaKwanDesign includes a Commercial License at no extra cost. Here’s what that means for you:

You may use any NanaKwanDesign product for personal, non-commercial purposes without restriction. This includes:

• ✓Personal blog or website content
• ✓Personal social media accounts
• ✓Hobby projects and personal portfolios
• ✓Gifts, cards, and personal stationery

Your purchase includes the right to use our products in commercial contexts. You may use our files to create end products that you sell or distribute, such as:

• ✓Social media content for your business or clients
• ✓Marketing materials, brochures, and advertisements
• ✓Product packaging and labels
• ✓Merchandise such as prints, mugs, cards, and apparel
• ✓Client deliverables created on a freelance basis
• ✓Web design for client websites

There is no limit on the number of commercial projects or clients you can use our products for.

The following uses are strictly prohibited regardless of the product purchased:

• ✕Reselling or redistributing the original, unmodified template or design files
• ✕Including our files in a product bundle or marketplace listing (e.g. Creative Market, Etsy template packs)
• ✕Sharing files with friends, colleagues, or clients who have not purchased the product
• ✕Uploading to shared file repositories or torrent sites
• ✕Claiming authorship or copyright of the original design
• ✕Using our products to create AI training datasets

Each purchase covers a single user (one person). If you work in a team or agency and multiple people need to access the files, each person requires their own purchase — or contact us to discuss a team license.

• ✓Freelancers working alone: one purchase covers all your client projects
• ✓Teams or studios: each team member needs their own license
• ✓Agencies: contact us for multi-seat or team licensing options

Attribution to NanaKwanDesign is not required when using our products in your work. You are free to present the finished output as your own creative work.

However, if you choose to credit us (e.g. in a blog post or portfolio), we always love being tagged — find us at @nanakwandesign.

All original designs, templates, graphics, and digital assets created by NanaKwanDesign remain the intellectual property of NanaKwanDesign. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the files as described above — it does not transfer ownership or copyright.
