The Agreement

Terms of Service

The plain-English agreement that applies when you shop with us. No surprises — just the ground rules.

1Who We Are

NanaKwanDesign (“we”, “us”) sells digital products — templates, guides, checklists, wall art, invitations, apps and website designs — at www.nanakwandesign.com. You can reach us any time via the contact page; we reply within a day.

2Your Order

When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy; the contract forms when we deliver your files. Delivery is instant and digital — your purchases appear in your account library with lifetime access, immediately after payment. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

Digital content & the 14-day cooling-off period: under UK consumer law, by downloading your files immediately you consent to instant delivery and acknowledge that the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once the download begins. Our refund policy still applies — if something's wrong, we'll make it right.

3Using the Products

Every purchase includes a commercial license — the full detail lives in our License Terms. In short:

  • Use the products personally and in client work
  • Edit, personalise and print as much as you like
  • Keep your files forever — repeat downloads are free
  • Resell, redistribute or share the original files
  • Claim the designs as your own creation

4Accounts & Fair Use

Keep your account credentials to yourself — your library is tied to your email address. We may suspend accounts used for fraud, abuse, or sharing paid files. The “Ask Nana” assistant offers shopping help only; double-check anything important before relying on it.

5Our Responsibility

We warrant that products materially match their descriptions. Beyond what UK consumer law guarantees (which is never limited by these terms), we aren’t liable for indirect losses — for example, lost bookings or profits from how a template is used in your business. Templates are general-purpose documents, not legal, tax or insurance advice; for specific situations, consult a professional.

6The Legal Bits

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time — the “last updated” date above always tells you the current version.
