We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

1Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the files have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed. Digital files cannot be “returned” as they are delivered instantly and can be copied.
In short: Once you download your files, we cannot offer a refund because there is no way to verify that the files have been deleted from your device.
2When We Will Issue a Refund
We understand that sometimes things go wrong. We will happily issue a full refund in the following situations:
- ✓You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error
- ✓The product files are corrupted, broken, or significantly different from what was described
- ✓You did not receive your download link and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- ✓You accidentally purchased the wrong product and have not yet downloaded the files
3When We Cannot Offer a Refund
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- ✕You have already downloaded or accessed the digital files
- ✕You changed your mind after purchase (buyer's remorse)
- ✕You did not read the full product description before purchasing
- ✕You lack the software or technical ability to use the files (e.g. Canva, PDF reader)
- ✕The refund request is made more than 14 days after the purchase date
4Bundle Purchases
If you purchased a bundle and have downloaded any of the individual files within the bundle, we cannot offer a refund for the entire bundle. If none of the files have been accessed and you meet the criteria above, a full refund may be issued.
5How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with the following information:
- ✓Your order number or the email address used at checkout
- ✓The name of the product(s) you would like refunded
- ✓The reason for your refund request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
