1The short version
Personal (£49 one-time) is for your own personal, non-commercial use — buy once, keep and customise your purchased copy. Lifetime Commercial (£199 one-time) is the commercial licence — your business, client projects, rebranding, products and services you sell, with lifetime updates. There is no subscription, and neither licence ever allows selling the template itself.
The full licence text also ships inside every download as LICENCE.txt — this page says the same thing in plain words. These terms apply to the Marin — Stays Dashboard; our Canva templates are covered by the general shop licence.
2Personal Licence — £49 one-time
For your own short-stay business — personal and non-commercial use. A genuine one-time purchase: the HTML you download is yours to keep and edit under this licence, with no subscription and nothing that expires. (Lifetime updates are not included — the Personal licence covers the version you purchased, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product terms.)

3Lifetime Commercial Licence — £199 one-time
For professional, commercial and client use. Everything in Personal, plus the commercial rights, rebranding, lifetime updates and priority email support — one payment, yours forever, subject to the Marin Stays Commercial Licence Terms.

One licence covers one end-product that you sell or deploy for a client. Using Marin in several client products? It’s one licence per product — just as your own copy was one purchase.
4The one rule both licences share
You may sell products you build with Marin. You may never sell Marin itself — original or modified, alone or inside a bundle. That line is the whole licence in one sentence.
And on both licences, the small “Powered by NanaKwanDesign” credit stays visible. Restyle it to sit quietly with your brand — size, colour, position are yours — but it remains present and legible.
