What a traveller gets

Ten sheets per country, tuned to the traveller’s passport.

Visa checker

Any passport, any destination — visa-free, on arrival, e-visa or embassy, with days allowed, passport validity and the official link.

Before you fly

Arrival cards, onward tickets, proof of funds, insurance rules, customs allowances, vapes and drones — as a tick-off checklist for the traveller’s passport.

Airport to city

Every way into town from the main airports, cheapest first, with prices, hours, late-night options and where the real taxi rank is.

Holidays & festivals

Public holidays for 2026 and 2027 with what closes, festivals worth planning around, and the ones that fall inside a trip.

Phrasebook

Twenty phrases per language in the native script, with a pronunciation to read aloud and the device’s own voice to listen to.

Health & vaccines

Required and advised jabs, malaria areas, tap water, banned medicines, what care costs and the emergency numbers.

Embassy finder

The traveller’s own embassy in any destination, its emergency line and the lost-passport steps.

Apps & paying

Which ride, transit and payment apps work, cards versus cash, ATM habits, blocked apps and eSIMs.

Where to stay

Price bands, backpacker areas, long-established examples and the booking rules — with search links that carry the trip dates.

Particular needs

Notes for families, accessibility, dietary needs, women travelling alone and LGBTQ+ travellers, with the legal status stated plainly.

A checklist that knows the passport

Pick the passport once. The Before You Fly list merges the visa answer, passport validity, the arrival card, required certificates and the destination’s customs rules into one list the traveller ticks off or copies. Every line links to the official page.

One-page trip briefing to print or share

Every trip produces a single page: entry rules, the checklist, the arrival airport, holidays during the stay, the weather to expect, emergency numbers and the embassy, health, eight phrases and stay links with the dates filled in. Print it, save it as PDF, or share it as a file that opens anywhere.

Made for a phone in the hand

Installs from the browser as a full-screen app, works offline, and keeps the Travel Wallet and Notebook on the device. The destination tab shows every sheet as a one-line summary; the tools sit in a grid under Plan, Arrive, On the ground and Money.

Built honestly

No accounts, no tracking, no commissions. The data says where it came from.

A locked wallet

Tickets and documents can be locked with a PIN and the device’s own Face ID or Touch ID, encrypted on the device. The PIN is never stored.

Works offline

Installs as an app and keeps working without signal. It says plainly what does not work offline: live weather, fresh rates, unopened photos and web links.

Every sheet is dated and sourced

Each sheet carries an “as of” date, its sources, and what the researcher could not settle. A starting point, not legal or medical advice.

Design + Launch

Aventra — Travel Dashboard

Aventra is a travel-intelligence dashboard for 199 countries, launched for you on your own domain. Travellers pick their passport and get the visa answer, a before-you-fly checklist, airport-to-city options with prices, the public holidays during their trip, a phrasebook with audio, health and vaccination notes, their own embassy, which apps and cards work, where to stay and notes for travellers with particular needs — on a 3D globe, with a trip planner, a one-page trip briefing, a PIN-locked travel wallet and a notebook that all stay on the traveller’s device and work offline. You get the complete app the moment you pay (one zip, no build step, no server, no database) and then I put it live personally: your name, logo, colours and home city, connected to your own domain with https and the phone install working. The destination information was researched in September and October 2026 from public sources and every sheet carries its “as of” date: it is a starting point, not legal, medical or financial advice, and it is not updated automatically — travellers check official sources before they go, and refreshing the sheets is yours to do (the research scripts are included).

  • Complete web app — instant download (no build step, no server, no database)
  • Ten researched sheets for 199 countries, each with its “as of” date and sources
  • I put it live for you — personally, on your own domain with https
  • Your name, logo, colours and home city set up
  • Installs as a phone app and works offline
  • Destination photo pack (1,700 credited photos) delivered with the launch
  • Research scripts included, so the sheets can be refreshed
  • Priority email support · lifetime updates to the app (data refreshes are a separate monthly service)

Before you ask

Is the travel information kept up to date?

No. Every sheet is a snapshot researched in September and October 2026 from public sources — government travel advice, immigration and health agencies, tourism boards and Wikivoyage — and carries its “as of” date. Travellers check official sources before they travel, and refreshing the sheets is the buyer’s job; the research scripts are included.

Is it legal, medical or financial advice?

No. It is a starting point. Nothing in Aventra promises a visa, entry, a safe trip or any other outcome, and the app says so on every sheet.

What do I need to host it?

Any static web host with https. There is no server, database or API key to manage. Live weather comes from MET Norway and exchange rates from Frankfurter; when either is unavailable the app shows bundled climate normals and a dated rates snapshot.

Does it collect anything from travellers?

No. There are no accounts and no analytics. Trips, the wallet and the notebook stay in the traveller’s browser; the only network calls are weather, exchange rates and the two web fonts.
