England Tenancy Agreement
A tenancy agreement for a private rented home in England, laid out as the landlord's written statement of terms — the document the tenant must be given before the tenancy is entered into. It is an assured periodic tenancy with no fixed end date: it runs month to month until it is ended under the law. Fourteen numbered sections with space for every detail — the parties, the property, rent, the deposit, landlord and tenant obligations, ending the tenancy, bills, the inventory, access, pets and notices — then signatures.
